4th of July Inspired Make Up

HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY!

there's a "happy" in there you just can't see it 'cause it's white text =P

Quite patriotic, if I do say so myself ! It's my first time going balls to the wall with make up so don't be nit picky and call me out and say it's horrible :( It's hard trying to draw a star on the side of your face! I was going cross-eyed!

What I used:

Cosmetic Grade Glitter
La Femme "Royal Blue" Pigment
MAC "Your Ladyship" Pigment
88 e/s palette for the red
& MAC Fix + Spray as a mixing medium

It's pretty much self explanatory, but for the stars I put in my big blue star, all I did was clump up some "Your Ladyship" and picked it up with a NYX white eyeliner pencil and plop the clumps onto my face. White clumps on my face...sounds......delicious..NOT!

& here's my super patriotic video..ENJOY!

EVERYONE PLEASE HAVE A SAFE, HAPPY HOLIDAY!
& DON'T DRIVE DRUNK!!!!

XOXO,

FOTD: Tokidoki Inspired

I was looking at Tokidoki's website and got inspired with all the funky vibrant colors they use. Luckily, I used my 88e/s palette from Coastal Scents to create this look. The character that I really drew inspiration from is the Unicorno Collection: Stellina. The colors are really bright on this albino (haha like me) unicorn & they really pop

Geisha Face

So I got really excited my new camera finally came!! In addition to my new camera, I also bought Coastal Scent's 88 Color Palette so I gave it a spin. What inspired this Geisha look was our Marine friend LCPL Castillo because he was just in Japan & my co worker's red eyebrows really put the thought in my head. Luckily, Coastal Scents has an awesome rainbow of colors in the palette & since people don't generally use the red, we should! Just FYI, doing this was very very simple, much easier than doing regular makeup.
The keys to achieving this look:
-White e/s
-Red e/s
-Black e/s
-MAC's 219 brush
-MAC's 263 brush
-Duo eyelash glue
-Sephora brand red lip color
-Michael Kors Very Hollywood lashes

EOTD: CAT eyes

I couldn't think of clever name. I was going to put "Tiger eyes" but they aren't even tiger eyes. The only reason I thought of that was because when I emailed Mister Biggs the picture he called me and said," Nice Tiger eyes, you ain't in Las Vegas." There was definite sarcasm in his voice. VERY FUNNY MISTER. Anyways, this was definitely spurr of the moment. I'm really supposed to be doing homework but between make up and America's Next Top Model, I can't help but be distracted, it's ADD I tell you. When my mom saw me, (mind you I only had it on one eye) she was all," Why does half your face look like a cat!" & you know, I didn't really have any inspiration or an intention with this look, and now that I take a better look at it, it does look cat-ish. Maybe something on the broadway show CATS. I hope you ladies like it!

LOL don't know what I was thinking here. I was just having FUN ;] I changed it up a couple times

What I used:

UDPP
Simply Naturals Piggie- 24k gold
La Femme e/s-#29
Simply Naturals Piggie- Sour Apple
VS Gel Liner-Black
& I lost the box for the lashes but I know they're one of Ardell's Fashion Lashes

I just trimmed her hair ;] & the layers in the front! What do you guys think?
